rab.ai designs and delivers AI systems for Jewish nonprofits and kosher establishments —
practical tools that respect tradition and advance the mission.
One platform underneath, two verticals layered on top. The admin hierarchy, the branding
cascade, the voice framework, the cost attribution, the underlying cloud infrastructure —
all shared. That foundation is why we can ship quickly in both directions without
cutting corners in either.
Practice 01
Jewish Nonprofits
Reach more members, move more advocacy, and reclaim staff hours from inboxes and
spreadsheets.
rab.ai builds a congressional advocacy platform that turns a mission day from a
binder-and-spreadsheet operation into a live, connected system. Staff, volunteers,
and leadership share one view of the congressional landscape — every bill your
organization tracks, every member who has or hasn’t moved on it, every meeting on
your schedule, every talking point you’ve authored. The platform handles the heavy
lifting so your people spend their time in the room, not in prep.
Live bill & cosponsor tracking
Priority bills are polled against Congress.gov directly — cosponsor counts, sponsor
changes, status shifts, committee assignments, latest actions. Chamber-aware
breakdowns show House, Senate, and companion bills side by side, with party
affiliation and amber indicators when the same policy is moving on parallel tracks.
Polling cadence is tunable by your admin.
Per-member intelligence briefings
Every member your team meets with gets a one-page PDF briefing generated on demand —
current status on your priority bills, voting history, background, AI-assisted
stance analysis. Talking points and narrative framing come from your organization’s
own authored content. Live Congress.gov data is clearly labeled and never overwrites
your editorial voice; if the two disagree, both surface with clear source labeling.
Staff pipeline directory
A curated, deduplicated, version-tracked directory of high-value staff for the 119th
Congress — Chief of Staff, Legislative Director, communications, press, scheduling
designees — so your pipeline survives staff turnover without manual re-research.
Exportable to your volunteer binders and integrated into the mission-day app.
Mission-day navigation
Capitol Hill map and House/Senate floor-plan viewers built for people walking the
buildings. “Navigate to next meeting” logic routes staff between offices through
tunnels, hallways, and elevators. Live WMATA transit integration. Installs to a
phone home screen like a regular app, works on thin hallway wifi, and keeps your
day available even when service drops.
Voice agent
Coming to this vertical
The same voice platform that powers our kosher restaurant demo can be mounted as an
advocacy channel. A volunteer calls a number and asks “where’s my 2 pm
meeting,” “what are our asks on H.R. 3154,” or “what’s the current cosponsor count”
— and hears a concise answer. Voice is a universal controller: anything the app can
do, the voice agent can do, with the same data and permissions.
Admin hierarchy & white-label
Five tiers — Platform, Domain Group, Domain, Org, Member — with downward-only edit
rights and role-based access. Your colors, logo, and voice cascade throughout the
app as a designed system, not a color-picker afterthought. Your group can land on
yourname.rab.ai with the same platform underneath.
rab.ai builds a voice-first ordering and operations platform for kosher restaurants.
Not a chatbot bolted onto a phone tree — a genuine AI voice agent trained on your
menu, your workflows, and the specific cultural and operational realities of a kosher
kitchen. Customers call, talk naturally, and hear a real conversation. Orders land in
your point-of-sale already structured. Missed calls become recovered revenue.
Voice that feels like a phone call
Real voice-to-voice AI, not voice-to-text-to-bot-to-speaker. The agent understands
accents, background noise, and customers changing their mind mid-order. Streaming
speech with real interruption handling, corrections, and clarifications. Typical
calls complete in under 90 seconds without a human in the loop; complex multi-item
orders with substitutions roll cleanly into the same flow.
Kashrut-aware workflows
The agent knows your establishment’s specific kashrut posture — meat, dairy, parve,
pas yisrael, bishul yisrael, chalav yisrael, gebrokts, yoshon — and will not suggest
a cheeseburger at a fleishig restaurant or cross-contaminate a dairy substitution
in a meat order. Holiday-aware: Pesach menus replace chametz items automatically.
Shabbos-aware: the system knows when to offer pickup, delivery, or “call back
Motzei Shabbos.”
Menu management built for operators
Your menu lives in the admin screen, not in a spreadsheet some consultant edits.
Add items, change prices, mark items out of stock, define modifiers and substitutions.
Constraint rules let you say “never suggest this with that,” “prompt for sides if
the entrée is over $18,” “during Pesach replace item X with item Y.” No hidden
config, no support ticket required to update the menu.
Missed-call recovery & known-customer memory
When a call goes to voicemail, the system sends a personalized SMS with a link to
order, with open-rate and conversion tracking. Repeat callers are greeted by name,
offered “the usual,” and routed to the fastest path to reorder — no account, no
password. Built with TCPA and 10DLC requirements in mind: opt-in logic, opt-out
handling, and consent tracking are part of the platform, not a bolt-on.
Operational AI for owners, not platforms
Daily dashboard: which dishes sold, which modifiers hit, which window had the
longest queue, which upsells the agent successfully made. Per-call cost and
per-call revenue side by side, with how much the agent says on each call as a real
cost lever you control. Drift alerts watch for the agent inventing items it
shouldn’t, or for completion rates dipping, so you know about problems before
customers stop calling.
Your brand, your voice
The way the agent thinks, the tools it can use, and its voice personality belong
to your organization. Warmth is a slider; greeting and closing phrases are yours
to write.
The agent sounds like your restaurant — not like a chatbot, and not like the
restaurant down the block running on the same platform.
kosher.rab.ai is the operator-facing site for evaluating the platform,
walking through menu configuration, and scheduling a setup call. menu.rab.ai
will host the customer-facing ordering surface for participating establishments
shortly.
Inside Practice 01 · mission-day navigation
What it looks like in a staffer’s hand.
Selected views from a live deployment of the congressional advocacy platform.
Installs to a phone home screen like a regular app and works on thin hallway wifi —
itineraries, building maps, floor plans, member dossiers, and staff directories all
in one place.
Capitol Hill overviewTap a building to drop into its floor plans. Tunnels, subways, and surface routes are first-class — because that’s how staff actually move on the Hill.
Today’s schedule, with directionsEach meeting card carries a room, a floor, an arrival window, and a turn-by-turn route to the next office — including tunnel hops and elevator transfers.
Floor plans, member-awareHouse- and Senate-side floor plans with member offices placed on the actual geometry. Quadrant filters, floor switching, and a “tour this floor” mode for first-time staff.
Per-member dossierBio, chamber, state, tenure, official site, DC office, and a one-tap jump to the floor plan. The same record drives the printable briefing PDF and the voice agent’s answers.
Key staff, kept currentA curated, version-tracked pipeline directory — press, policy, scheduling — with direct contact info so your relationships survive staff turnover without manual re-research.

real public officials and are illustrative of how the platform surfaces public data.
Enterprise muscle. In your hands.
rab.ai builds enterprise-grade platforms on the same cloud foundation the Fortune 500 runs on —
then puts the controls in your hands. Update workflows, tune your AI, and reshape the
system in real time, without waiting on a vendor queue. No technical experience required —
just the business and organizational savvy you already bring. The depth of a custom build,
with the agility of software you actually own.
Voice-agent personality
Menu items & modifiers
Priority bills & talking points
Admin roles & permissions
Branding & voice cascade
The only things we don’t let you edit are the ones that would affect other organizations
or break the platform. No “submit a ticket to change your greeting” round trips.
Thoughtful AI
What “thoughtful” actually means.
The principles that distinguish rab.ai from generic AI vendors — not branding, but the
discipline that shapes every decision we make about your data, your costs, and your voice.
Source-of-truth discipline
Live data comes from authoritative sources — Congress.gov, your point-of-sale,
your phone system. Editorial framing comes from you. We never mix them and call it
“AI-generated.” Both surface, both stay labeled.
Cost transparency
Every AI-orchestrated call is tagged by vertical, org, and feature. You see what
each conversation actually cost. You control how much the agent says. You can set
spending ceilings. No mystery spend.
Honest about missing data
If a data source isn’t configured or a service is down, the app tells you that
plainly. We avoid fabricating plausible-looking content to mask incomplete
configuration.
Verbose test mode
Admins can put the voice agent into a narrated-reasoning mode, hear its thought
process, tune the prompt — then flip back to production and customers never hear the
narration. You learn the system; you don’t fight it.
Universal control by voice
Every UI affordance has a corresponding voice tool. Customers call to order. Owners
call to update the menu, toggle items out of stock, or ask “how many calls today.”
Same engine, different permissions.
Multi-tenant by design
Each organization runs in its own scoped context — data, prompts, tools, and
configuration. The platform is designed so one organization’s settings don’t reach
another’s, with the boundary handled in the architecture rather than left to policy.
Pedigree
Built by AWS veterans — since day one.
Former AWS staff with two decades of cloud and AI experience, dating back to the launch
of AWS in 2006. The same hands that have shipped production systems for the world’s most
demanding brands now build for the Jewish community.

small-town shul’s donor communications and a large-city kosher steakhouse’s
Friday-afternoon phone queue. Same standards, different scales.
